Anyone have suggestions on how to determine why paylines won't load from the PSHUP table?
Hi all - we currently load taxable cash awards from an ExceltoCI to the PSHUP table. The CI was successfully run yesterday and today I see the rows out there when I query the PSHUP table. When payroll runs the process through Payroll Admin>Paysheet Transactions> Load Paysheet Transactions, the paylines do not show up for these individuals.
I completed the process to exclude terminated employees under Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Create and Load Paysheets>Update Paysheet Transactions and had them run it again, but the paylines are still not there.
We haven't made any changes to our Update Paysheet Program since 2020.
