Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi partners,

I have a problem in the CRM module (Cd prod 17) in JDE 9.2 with the UDOS…mainly to use form extension!



since I need to add fields for a new case (P90CG504) → The form extension is available here.


but the for the update of that same case (P90CG501) → i need the same functionality with form extension but I don't see it available, is this so? is there any solution?

(For some reason Moscow is not allowing me to attach the screenshots, but I put the names of the interactive applications)
