VNC client can no longer connect to Oracle Linux 8 after Leapp migration

Dear All,

I successfully upgraded Oracle Linux from version 7 to 8 by following the steps provided in this .

Prior to the upgrade, I used to access the server from my Windows PC via a VNC client. However, after the upgrade, I was unable to do so. I reconfigured 'Tigervnc' based on the Oracle Linux 8 guide: How To Setup VNC Server (Doc ID 2772665.1).

Now, I can connect to the server from my Windows PC using ssh <user>@<server> -L 590<display_number>:localhost:590<display_number>, but when attempting to connect through the VNC client, I receive the error message: 'Timed out waiting for a response from the computer.

Howdy, Stranger!
