troubles with enabling SSL connection to shared services and registry database - EPM 11.2.17

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered ✓

on our currently EPM 11.2.14 production system we are using SSL encrypted connection to the two MS SQL shared services and and registry database on an other windows server.
When I do the same on a new installed EPM 11.2.17 System I can enable this feature using the EPM system configurator, no error occures and the configuration finishes. After A reboot all services are starting, but when I try to start a database in the EAS Console I get an error that the database cannot be started.
Is this a known bug in EPM 11.2.17/ Essbase 21.5c?
