Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Do we have any option of OEM 13c Express edition option while installation of OEM 13c installation?

Please clarify , do we are able to use OEM 13c in any way without license purchase?

Please clarify on Oracle OEM 13c licensing & usage if we are having Oracle 19c EE licenses.
