Item Ledger Quantity VS Amount

Hi, please suggest on the below

We have few items wherein the sum of quantity from F4111 makes up to zero but the sum of amount isn't zero. There is an amount that is showing up. Ideally if the sum of transactions from F4111 qty is zero then the amount also should be zero. Is that right? What could be the reasons of this pending/open amount.
