P30200 Does Not Extend the 2nd Level Qty Correct with Requested Qty = 1

Pretty simple scenario but not sure if this is a bug.

Parent Item JH001 has child item 5664 and 1 EA = 5.0382 GM

And Parent item 5664 has the 1 KG : 1 KG to its child item 9011

Execute P30200 with multi-level inquiry and any requested Qty > 1 displayed correctly (the lower level 9011 calculated), but Requested Qty = 1 will display 9011 = 1 KG which is not converted correct

No matter how I changed the UoM on either 5664 or 9011, the Requested Qty = 1 always displays 1.0000 KG which should be 0.0050 KG to me.
