RPASCE UI Default Locked cells format (v24+)

Is there a way to change the default format (from light grey to dark grey or something else) for elapsed period (locked/ calculated) in RPASCE UI. Default format is light grey and on few screens it doesn't look very different from white (unelapsed / planned measures).
