Oracle EBS R12.2.12 Cash Management not able to reconcile one statement line with another line

We had R12.1..3 Oracle EBS earlier and now we have upgarded it to Oracle EBS R12.2.12. In Cash Management. in R12.1.3 our user were able to match and reconcile manually one Misc Receipt or Misc payement statement lines with another Misc receipt/payment statement line.

But in R12.2.12 EBS in Cash Management this functionality is not working. Does it removed intentionally or is it a bug and should I raise an Oracle SR for it. Your inputs are highly appreciated.
