How can we optimize the transaction and accrual parameters for the Loyengine batch component?

Due to our business requirements, we need to process score burning and apply accrual parameters for 3 million subscribers daily, from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Could someone please assist us in optimizing the transaction and accrual parameters for the Loyengine batch? Below are the current specifications of our Siebel servers:

  • RAM: 94 GB
  • CPU: 32 cores

Additionally, please note that the number of records in our tables is significantly high. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.


For your reference, our infrastructure includes:

  • 3 AI servers
  • 3 Siebel servers
  • 3 gateway servers
