Return ASN number not generated in Receipt when trying to create receipt of internally shipped order

There is a new feature in EBS Version 12.2.11 to return inventory received through internal requisition(IR) and Internal Sale order(ISO) mentioned in detail in note 2912672.1.
One of the step in this process is to Receive the inventory in source organization through Return ASN number that is the same as delivery number however in Receipt form, list of Value of field Return ASN is blank although all the activities are successfully completed as per note.
