Adding a New Tab to a Command Center Oracle Application Framework Page is not working

Hi Experts,

Looking for some help in Adding a New Tab in Fixed Assets ECC. I followed the steps mentioned in the section

"Adding a New Tab to a Command Center Oracle Application Framework Page" in

However, I can't see the tab getting added in the dashboard.

Here are the steps I followed.

1. Created a new page by copying an existing page (ECC Developer ) and named it xx-asset-location

2. Created FND Function ( Functional Administrator)

3. Navigated to the Security tab and selected Permission Set -"Fixed Assets Command Center Access Permission Set " and assigned the new FND function to the Assets Permission Set.
