When press Finalize Amendment or Discard Amendment , nothing happen

Hi i am trying to finalize lease amendment or discard but nothing happen. PLease advise how to fix it. the debug program shows the below error. PLease advise

update_payment_terms Exception: ORA-01403: no data found

Finalise_lease Exception: ORA-01403: no data found

AMLEASE_FINALIZE_AMEND_BTN exception:ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PN_LEASE_VERSIONING", line 5293
