Number format in ARCS

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

I have a user whose default number format is ###.###,000 but they need to enter the values in ARCS as ###,###.000. I can't find a number format setting in ARCS. Could this setting be dictated by their browser settings which is Chrome? If so, do you know how to update it? I can't find anything with a Google search.
