Grid Format Sequencing not visible to third party App

Hello,

we have customised grid format on one of the custom app and its sorting order number field in Descending order , that application (form) has been used by third party app named swift , they are just displaying the JDE App data but while querying its not showing the same sequence as its there in JDE , we recently upgraded to 9.2 and tool release is 9.2.8.1

let me know if any faced the same issue, was working fine in 9.1
