How do I find a specific patch?

I'm having trouble searching the My Oracle Support portal. Under Patches and Updates, I'll search for things like "Oracle Database Server July 2024 CPU", pick the platforms, but get nothing. What am I doing wrong? Searching at the top of the pages yields a ton of knowledge articles but no patches. Any advice would be appreciated.
