Impact of Creating Multiple APS Partitions in Oracle EBS

Hi,

We are currently implementing production scheduling and advanced supply chain planning in Oracle EBS. When we run a new plan, we need to execute the “Create APS Partitions” process to create a new partition first. Our users would like to retain one year of plans in the system, which means we need to create over one hundred partitions. I would like to know if there are any drawbacks or performance issues associated with creating such a large number of partitions in the system.
