Deploy Cloud themes in Oracle EBS 12.2.13 On premise

Hi experts.

We are planing to deploy Oracle themes on Oracle EBS 12.2.13. By default Oracle EBS on premise has alta skin but we want to deploy Cloud themes with photo.

How can we deploy it.

Is is possible using OAF
