Problem changing a G/L account on error in Z file P0411Z1 | W0411Z1C

Hello,

I don't understand, in the program P0411Z1 | W0411Z1C, I was'nt able to change a G/L account on error, the OK button is hidden. I checked the security, I have full access, I don't know why the OK button is hidden, I can't do any change, except directly on the database.

My role is CNCADMIN

Any help I appreciate
