Oracle 19.19 newly DB with a lot of hidden parameter

Hi,

On Oracle Database 19.19 EE, I created a new database using dbca and the custom database template, is it expected to have 84 hidden parameters set with non default values?

As I imagine the answer should be Yes, how to figure out if in my case they are required or not. Or is it another level of patching for the Oracle database to work as it should? 😉
