Best practice to get the acknowledgement plans like critical illness during Open Enrollment

Hi,

We have a requirement for employees to read and understand the critical illness plans before proceeding. While we currently have an acknowledgement feature at the beginning of the OE page, we are exploring additional best practices to ensure users accept it.

At present, we plan to include an acknowledgement related to the critical illness plans as there is no option to place one directly on the critical illness section itself. Could you please provide your input on the best approach for this?
