How do i setup depreciation rate based on flat rate and usefull life

Hi,

The requirement is to setup depreciation as follows

Cost of Assets : 100000

Useful life : 25 years

Salvage value : 10%

Depreciation rate : 10% p.a. till 70% of cost

and after 70% based on useful life of assets

Depreciation 1st year : 10,000

2nd year till 7th year : 10000 per year

life remaining: 18 years

8th year onwards: (100000 - 70000)/18 = 1666.67
