Unable to access Oracle support accreditation exam

Hello Team,
I am unable to access Oracle support accreditation exam. I have completed the 12 videos of Doc ID 1579751.2 and after clicking on take exam i get error message Authentication failed. When i try to put my username and password, I get error message invalid username/password. Kindly request you to fix the issue as I need the accreditation to raise SR.
