Oracle Backup folder Change

I am an Oracle Newbie and have a few question

Platform: Windows 2019
Product Version: Oracle Database 19c

Process: our backup process is using RMAN and there is a file on the server with the backup script. We have a .bat file that actually run the rman script and on Oracle we are using the scheduler to run the .bat file
Currently the RMAN backup sets are going to a local drive on the VM. We set up a shared folder on a CIF to hold the backup sets and my questions are:

A: What account needs permissions on the folder where the backups are going. Would I use the account that is running the Oracle Service on the server?
