Text Line through Purchase Order Workbench

Hi,

We want to mass upload the POs with Text Lines.

Hence i am using P43101 Purchase Order Workbench for the same.

PO lines get created but it does create Text Lines Line Type=T

Processing options for P4310 and P43101 are same.

It works fine with P4310.

What is the issue with the PO workbench ?
