JDE Local web installation failing on Develpment Client/FatClient (WLSH4A)

Hi Team,

The following error message throwing during localweb installation on Fatclient, Found following document on #7 point and it looks are good. I have corrected jdk version of weblogic installation and still no luck. please advise
