Install Embedded BI Publisher for JDE

Hi, I have installed Oracle Analytics Publisher Desktop 6.4.0 64 bit version in my computer. I used to see the BI Publisher add-in on word toolbar, but it is disappeared now. I tried to reinstall , but I am not seeing the BIP add-in on the toolbar.

Can you advise on how to troubleshoot or install another version?
