ARM Report Binder Generation

To save our historical data locally for reference, we are trying to Generate Report Binders from ARM for All reconciliations and we want all attachments and transaction details

For some periods the report binder generation got completed but some of the periods its not progressing beyond 70%. We are monitoring server health and that looks like. We dont have more than one user session in our system. Anything else to consider?
