In Form how disable the automatic pop-up of the text member ?

Is there a way to disable the automatic pop-up of the text field that appears in the form? When navigating through the form, if a text column is present, it pops up automatically, but we need to manually close it, which disrupts the process. Is there an option to prevent the text field from automatically popping up, so that it only appears when clicked, and not when navigating using the keyboard?
