Asset infotile adjustment

Hi Team,

it was noticed that the info tiles in the system were not displaying the correct number of records

Adjustments info tile states 14 incomplete, however when selecting the adjustment info tile to work through the 14 'errors', no errors actually exist.

what is the cause of this, kindly suggest.
