OEM 13.5 support for HTTP Server with 19c client

I need to apply the latest July CPU for Oracle HTTP server for FMW to my OMS home, but I see that OEM 13.5 does not support the 19c client. It is required to upgrade the 12c client to 19c to apply the latest HTTP server patch.

When I searched I found I final cpu for 12c was Januuary 2024:
