Need suggestion on Sick accumalator setup at Payee level in ABM

Hi Experts,

The customer has setup Sick accumulator at payee leave and using it from couple of years now. My question is when try to update balance on primary job for sick_bal accumulator through formula, it is updating the same value on all the employee records, is this expected behavior by oracle product? And if we want to update the different balances on other empl_rcd(which has different pay group), what would be the approach to achieve this?

The problem is if we try to reset sick_bal accumulator to '0' through formula on primary job, it is resetting on all the employee record balances.
