Defaulting "Synchronize from Position" for all employees to Yes

Hi all, we have completed the setup for Core HR and Payroll. Almost two months have passed since the production system went live, and now the users are requesting to enable the Position Synchronization.

I have enabled it in the Test instance but the "Synchronize from Position" field in the assignment page is defaulted to No, I want to you how to default it to Yes for all the employees in the system.
