P313004X Does not Match P3007 Resource Units Non-Working Days

Dears,

Our P313004X not only has the issue bug 36903403 described miss arrow icons but also the non-working days twisted with what defined on P3007.

The work center defined with non-working days on the weekend, but in P313004X it shows some other dates off during the week. Any reason why this can happen? Thanks!
