How to Convert the BOM with BREV

Dears,

As I know the BREV in BOM will only be updated by ECO, but not by BOM manually entered (P3002) and neither by EDI Z1 file process (P3002Z1/R3002Z1I).

Here is the issue we have thousands of BOM to be converted from tailor made system, and each parent item holds 20-30 components, then how we can have F3002.BREV created?

If goes to ECO creates part list with (NP) and then imports Related Items (W30131A) which can have F3002.BREV generated after ECO population, however does this mean we need to repeat these steps thousands times to create the BREV for each BOM?
