Creating a UK R12 EBS Tax Box Report (ref JE_REP_TAXBOX_ALLOCATION_PKG)

We implemented the tax box solution for Fusion Cloud successfully and subsequently applied the EMEA localisation to EBS R12 to do the same. However, we require a Tax Return report to submit to the tax authority, as used in the fusion tax box solution, for our EBS R12 solution. Unfortunately and disappointingly there is no seeded report available for the UK. We were advised by MOS that we need to design a Custom Report. and by he Fusion to also approach this forum.
