Oracle Cloud Support causing Bad Request (Status 400) with Chrome

I've been using My Oracle Support site for many years, and I recently started using Oracle Cloud Support. I noticed that clicking into a link from Oracle Cloud Support tends to cause "400 Bad Request", which includes clicking "Switch to My Oracle Support" link. Since it remembers which support site (on prem or cloud) I used last, I have to use "incognito" mode with Chrome to get to My Oracle Support site.
