DS enhancement

Hi, we are working on DS, 2 doubt here,

What are DS in Orch? Does better option to work DS from Orch? I means has more option/enhancement to work directly with Orch than Ube from JDE?

There were several report in JDE spend long time processing by DS issue, it set for 10 year, so are there an option of Dinamically DS? from Sec, or DB, or JDE side?
