Replicat issue

Hi,

Set up GG23 and I want to achieve replication for reporting. Source is EBS 12.2 with 19c db and target is a non-ebr database. Capture is working fine but nothing is happening on the replicat.

Would really appreciate a fresh set of eyes to point me where I could have made a misstep in configuration. prm, prt and log files are attached.
