Are there other options to terminate the user session without recycling

The status of a session remains stuck in the 'terminating' state. We have followed the instructions outlined in the referenced document to address the issue. Could you please advise if there are alternative methods or procedures available to effectively terminate the user session without resorting to recycling? Any guidance or recommendations you can provide would be greatly appreciated as we work to resolve this issue.
