F41021.LRCJ showing wrong date for branch plant that rolls up to a parent company

We recently took Release 23 from Nov 2023. We applied ESU JN20805 to correct the problem that caused the availability to disappear on locations that are not in the location master. However user noted that the last receipt date is not showing up correctly in P41202? In the screenshot below you can see the last receipt date of 4/26/2024 for branch plant 117. There is no OV record in F4111 for this branch plant for this date. There is an OV record for a different branch plant for this date. The branch plant that
