Canadian Bonus Pay Calculation Methods (3 and 7)

Looking for a clarification on the Source of Pay methods for Canadian Bonus in PDBA setup (Alias: PB). There are 2 Sources of Pay methods: 3 bonus pay and 7 Annualized Bonus pay.

Looking on the direction on the practical application of these methods. To my knowledge, there is only 1 tax method in Canadian payroll legislation to calculate a bonus (commonly referred to as "bonus method" and it is the annualized method, there are no others). I am not sure how Oracle's 2 source methods relate to it and why there are 2 of them.
