How to migrate Data Security Policies from one instance to another.

Team,

One of our clients is using custom roles in their business process. We do have huge amount of custom job roles. We did found a work around to migrate roles including data security policies using implementation project. We are following the same process mentioned in below note id and both instances are also of same version.

Can anyone suggest any other way to migrate DSPs from one instance to another?
