Tax header file (F470461) for EDI invoices incorrectly populated when multiple rates

Hi Team,

We are facing issue when we have multiple tax rates in sales order then EDI file is not populating all the tax rates but updating only tax rate in Tax rate 1 field also observed that Tax authority is populating in all the fields even though we have only 2 tax rates . Please suggest if there is any additional setup which we need to do .

We have processing option summary by tax authority in R42565.
