P4915 and ability to split an order with single shipment into 3 or more shipments

Would like to know if there is a possibility or option within P4915 to split an existing Sales Order with a single shipment into 3 or more shipments.

If we go to P4915 if we take row exit to "Add/ Remove SO lines" the form W49151A allows users to remove SO details lines from a shipment and in the process it creates another shipment. Upto here it is ok. But if I want to remove another line and create a 3rd shipment for the order the system does not do that. Instead the removed line now sits in second shipment. Add/ Remove SO lines always moves these selected order lines between these 2 shipments and the system does not provide option to create a third shipment.
