PO Blob Metadata update for new processing options on existing versions.

After adding new processing options to a template, the metadata for existing versions is missing the new options until you go into the version processing options and click ok. I wanted to use B9090001 to do mass updates of processing option values for new items. However, it fails when the metadata for the new options are missing from the F983051 spec blob. Is there a BSFN or UBE that we can use to update/initialize the new metadata in the blob for the new options without having to go into every version? We're doing an upgrade and
