User Connexion Smartview
An issue has been encountered by 3 users where they can successfully connect to SmartView in Excel, but the responses from SmartView links are inconsistent: no data appears, and there are no error messages.
Workaround applied on 13/09:
- A new user account was created in HFM (Native Directory): OK
Observations:
- No issues were detected with the new account on the PC and SmartView, confirming that the problem is likely related to the access rights of the original account.
=⇒ Unfortunetly this track is not solving the issue the user original account was reset, but the issue persists, and he still cannot access data in SmartView.
