Regarding Profile Service: Charges Book Order Automatically

1.We have the profile "Service: Charges Book Order Automatically" set at site level.Now we have requirement of the feasibilty to restrict the profile based on few order type and that too for few specific users.So in short charges orders from service to be in booked state based on order type and for few users.

2.If someone has worked on a similar requirement where custom profile was used , pointers would be great.
