Hi Experts

Can any one advise on how to create Alert on the exceptions getting carry forward to 1st day of next open period .

Scenario:

User Close the AP Period Sep-24
while closing system will prompt user that exceptions exist
User will close the Period by carry forwarding exceptions (Un-Accounted Transactions) to next Period

Requirement:

How to create Alert Notification to specific user on those those exceptions which are getting carry forward to next Period upon closing Prior Period
