Can you please explain the use of SOLD_TO_SITE_USE_ID in OE_order_headers_all.

Can you please explain in detail the use of SOLD_TO_USE_ID in oe_order_headers_all.

Why for some orders sold_to_site_use_id is NULL? How to add the value which are NULL for some orders. What action we need to take to ensure we have values for the column?
